Web-Based Self-Service

To access the web-based self-service visit http://autocipher.ebsuite.com/support.jsp. Web-based self-service resources includes the Knowledge Base, Service Requests and a Customer Forum. All customers are required to self-register or have been provided access to the following web-based tools.

Knowledge Base

Access technical information including answers to known issues and information. Search our knowledge base for answers and FAQs. To access our knowledge base, just login using your E-mail address and password. Next, click on the Knowledge Base tab listed above. Select autocipher as the Product. Our knowledge base provides a full text string search and will search our entire database for matches.

Submit a Service Request

You can use this link http://autocipher.ebsuite.com/support.jsp to submit a service request. Your request or "ticket" will be automatically routed. Our case routing permits us to route your case to a support engineer on our staff that is the most qualified to answer your question.
